Limelight XE Schedules Tab
The Limelight XE console Schedules Tab is a powerful and adaptive tool for viewing, creating, and managing your access schedules.
The tab has two views "Schedule Classes" and "Schedules".
Schedule Classes
Schedule classes are highly customizable buckets by which you can code your access schedules:
- Create a new class:
- Assign a unique name and description to your class.
- Color code your schedule class by choosing a color for both the line and fill color.
- Choose your schedule class bindings and permissions:
- Access Control Manager
- Account Manager
- Procedure Manager
Schedules
This is the default of the Schedules Tab. It provides a linear view of all current and future access schedules. Here you can:
- Create new, and modify existing schedules.
- Assign a class to your schedule, or change the existing class of a schedule.
Once you have created a schedule and assigned it a class, you may also assign that schedule to a User ID in the "Account Administration" tab.
Schedules may also be assigned to a procedure using the "Trigger Editor" page in the "Procedures" tab.
