Limelight XE Account Administration Tab

The Account Administration Tab in the Limelight XE console is where you will create, manage, and delete user accounts and groups.

At the top of the view pane is a search bar. This will allow you to search for users with a variety of criteria including (but not limited to):

  • User ID
  • GUID
  • Email
  • Last name
  • First name

Below the search bar is the accounts window. Here you will find a list of all your accounts listed by group. By clicking on an account, its information is automatically populated in the window to the right.

Beneath the accounts window, you will find an Add User Account Button (+) and a Delete User Account Button (-). You also have the option to view deleted accounts in your list, as well as refresh the current list based on your changes with the "Refresh" button to the right.

Once you have highlighted a user account, the rightmost pane of the Account Administration Tab will allow you to view and access the administrative settings of that User ID through a series of tabs.

Account Settings Tab

  • The User ID and a brief description of the account.
  • View, and update the owner and supervisor of the User ID.
  • Manage the account password, and set password management preferences.

  • Name and photo of the user.
  • Other ID's associated with the user.
  • User address and contact information.
