Example ISA101 Bar Graphs
Create ISA101 Compliant Displays and Controls
Since controls such as the above bar graphs have over 80 properties including colors, displays can be designed to meet operating standards such as ISA101 which is designed to limit how much color information is displayed in normal operation. This provides clarity to operators when an actual alarm (as seen in the range error) occurs. Palettes can be designed and stored as themes so controls can easily be configured to a certain style or a control can be styled and then stored as a custom component.
All indicators have options for up to 16 ranges with range indicators, high / low set point indication, alarm icons and more which can be set directly or programmatically when changing recipes. By linking the set point indication to various local variables, the system can automatically adjust what the set points and alarm levels need to be for the operator.
